How To Order

Domaine Direct is a wholesale mail-order company with a minimum order of one case (12 bottles/24 halves/6 magnums) which can be mixed. There is no surcharge for mixed cases.

Your order will be promptly acknowledged by telephone or email. We will then confirm availability and arrange payment and delivery.

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Maestro but not American Express) or by cheque payable to Domaine Direct, in advance of delivery.

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are always delighted to offer advice and tasting notes on our wines.

Delivery

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. We offer a secure and reliable service and deliveries can normally be done within two to three working days, with next day delivery available in some areas. We will always make appropriate arrangements with you before delivering.

We offer free delivery for all orders with London postcodes, and elsewhere in mainland UK for orders of 4 cases or more.  For less than 4 cases, a delivery charge will apply.

DELIVERY: Free in London.

Elsewhere: 1 case £15.00 inc VAT, 2 cases £21.00 inc VAT, 3 cases £23.50 inc VAT, 4 or more cases free.

Scottish Highlands may incur extra charges.

Please note: We only deliver within mainland United Kingdom.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

All wines are offered subject to remaining unsold.

Prices are subject to exchange, duty and market fluctuations. We reserve the right to vary prices without notice.

Payment is strictly on receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed at the time of purchase.

The ownership of goods delivered by Domaine Direct will be transferred to the purchaser only when all sums owing have been cleared by Domaine Direct’s bank.
