Covered with chalky soil that is quite shallow at the top of the slopes and deeper and more clayey at the bottom, the 25 plots that give life to this cuvée are carefully assembled to bring you a Chardonnay that is faithful to the characteristics of the appellation. Wafting from your glass are citrus, fleshy fruit and mineral aromas. This wine would be perfect with a shellfish starter, fish or alongside goat’s cheese.
