Domaine Dominique Gruhier

This is the first foray into the UK for Dominique Gruhier. This hugely attractive wine is from very steep, south-east facing vines on stony soil in the Tonnerois region, north-east of Chablis. All the vines are cultivated according to a controlled organic protection program using neither chemical insecticide nor weed killer. Gruhier’s deft touch keeps aromas and flavours remarkably fresh with vivid floral aromas, opulent texture and intense mouth perfume.
