Founded in 1954 by his grandfather, this domaine has been in the talented, restless young hands of Jean-Baptiste since 2000. A quarter of the production continues to be sold off to the négoce but such is the demand for these stylish, fruity reds and whites, coupled with Jean-Baptiste’s own winemaking ambitions, that this proportion is bound to diminish. Wines are aged in oak, with 25-30% new for the 2 red and 2 white Rully premier crus, and bottled after 10 months for village wines and 14-16 months for the premier crus. An exciting address to follow.
