Domaine Nathalie & Gilles Fèvre
Gilles Fèvre, whose grandfather was uncle to the better-known William Fèvre, and Nathalie met whilst studying at Dijon and they developed the domaine together after Nathalie left her job as oenologist at the Chablisienne co-operative in 2004.
Our listings include a grand cru Preuses from a generally frost-free 2,30 hectare site at the top of the hill and an exceptionally fine premier cru from the Vaulorent sector of Fourchaume and offers a beguiling combination of elegance, minerality and power.
The wines are pure, clean and precise – textbook, fine examples of their respective terroirs.
